What logic is that? There are huge fees associated with selling shares. A company would be very lucky to get 30 cents on a dollar. In addition, Fred has bought back 20% of the float. After Fitzy got his #312,500 (for nothing I might add), his buddy who was then President of Amelot Oil got his $100,000, I bet there was very little money left.
