Except that JBI already has an office in NF and 1 employee (maybe) in St. Louis. They're spending over $1 million/month in NF. Are they now going to rent office space in St. Louis or just have the President and CEO alone working from his house there?

You'd think this would have been thought out well in advance of offering the job to someone who seems unwilling to relocate.

I'm afraid, IMHO, it's quite extraordinary, and not in a good way.
