That's kind of a silly question but I understand the mass's confusion over RARS. The truth is: This only ran to begin with because of APS - thus why I mentioned it. They faked people out with this play.

I do say, with complete truth and honesty, that this is going to 0. I don't attempt to scare people, nor do I care to. I've been playing these for awhile. That is where they go. All of them.

When this runs again, it will be a retail rally based solely on the notion that this "might" get promoted by APS - but it won't. The rally will happen, afterwards more collapse, and a break lower through wherever it bases at this level.
