Anyone follow or have any opinions about CNTF? Its a Chinese handset designer that has come under some selling pressure recently, knocking its price down below 13. At that price, its trading at <11x FY05 estimates, with earnings expected to grow by another 39% in FY06 to 1.56:

Anyone have a feel for why its trading down recently? Looks like a pretty good value at current levels, with just over $3.00/share in cash on its balance sheet.

Sequential growth in revs from Q1 to Q2 was flat, and operating margins were down in part because of higher expenditures for its new offering of stock. Pretax margins went up because of the huge interest income from the recent cash they received from the offering of stock.

Q2 eps (ADR) of 0.28 basic, and 0.26 diluted (untaxed, as a lot of tech firms in China get waivers from the govt.) FY05 estimates for eps are 1.12, which might be a tad aggressive but not too far out of the ballpark......
