On whose patent process is the competition going to try and build their own? Alot of third parties, but they are not as user friendly as sync (strong fact). Besides, those established customers are getting use to the sync program. Mass exodus? Are you truely believing you even wrote that? Must remember the competition is making money from sync. Just like any other industry evolving with consolidations and partnerships. A buyout/takeover would only promote the never ending evolution of the industry.
