Yes I did and you should read it again. It very clearly says that it is not the company suing but a description of who he was ( ken) and what his relationship to the company was. To make it simpler just read the document on the first page and it will name the plaintiff is ken Eade not independent film.....I think that's where you are confused. That's why I hub can continue to do business with film because they understand the difference
