Not trying to argue here, but there are a couple of things in my mind that keep all of that from being a moot point.

1) The fact that BD is listed but using ATRN address in NY
2) The fact that the IP was from the Houston Data Center and not the Washington DC Data Center, which would be closer to Atrinsic in NY.

Isn't Bermeister's PersonalWeb located a mere 200 miles from Houston in Tyler, TX?
