I contacted Kore Fit Living today and asked several questions: 1. What investment relationship do you have with TLAG?
2. What is the time frame for the online web store to be up and running selling watches?
3. What profit distribution is made between the parties involved?

Many thanks for your inquiry.

I would like to note that – we are strictly developing and launching the Retail website for Skechers Time Instruments and looking to assist TLAG with Advertising, Marketing and help in building consumer awareness of the line with our network. KORE Fit Living is not a part of TLAG (or vice-versa).

As for the website launch, etc. – we are in the final stages of development and shall have it live in the next 10-12 days. We are still waiting on inventory though.

Hopefully this helps fill in some gaps.....I'm still waiting to hear back from Janon and plan on calling the IR department at Skechers again pressing for additional answers tomorrow...
