Russell Investments is reshuffling the Russell Microcap Index (IWC) on June 25. New additions to the index include CytRx (CYTR), Synergy Resources (SYRG) and Echo Therapeutics (ECTE). The full list of changes here will be finalized June 22. Seems like ACTC is not there yet.

ACT hasn't even made application to Nasdaq that I am aware of say nothing about being approved. Therefore, they will NOT be on any Russel Index, not this time around anyway...thanks
