TERRITORY SALES MANAGERS (WEST, CENTRAL)
This position is responsible for selling US Dataworks’ payment processing software products and services throughout the sales cycle, including making outbound cold calls, identifying prospect business needs, developing customized solutions, creating/presenting proposals, effectively utilizing sales tools such as CRM system, reaching sales goals, and negotiating contracts to close the deal. We are seeking proven and talented Territory Sales Managers to cover Central, East, and West sections of the United States. This position reports to the Senior VP of Sales and Channel Partners.
PROJECT MANAGER
The Project Manager is responsible for managing large, complex projects with external customers. He/she must demonstrate strong leadership qualities and provide direction to project teams. This position will confidently plan, monitor, and manage all project aspects with overall responsibility for project implementation within the prescribed time frame and budget parameters. The manager will also monitor and report progress for all aspects of the project lifecycle on assigned projects to all levels of management, including corporate executives as applicable.

Job Functions & Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day project leadership and overall responsibility for project implementation
• Consistently apply adopted project management methodologies throughout the project lifecycle
• Facilitate group meetings; arrive at meetings/appointments timely; deliver meeting minutes consistently
• Ensure that project timelines and budgets are set prior to the start of all projects and change management controls are used as needed
• Identify, lead, and implement process improvements for Project Management Processes, department processes, etc. as agreed upon by management
• Create project plan that accurately reflects tasks required, resources needed and timelines for delivery; utilize standard project management templates
• Create and distribute weekly status reports on all active projects
• Execute change management procedures as delivery times or requirements change
• Monitor labor, software, hardware, and indirect costs of the project and compare to budget estimates; report all variances and stop projects to review significant variances
• Get business user and project team input on quality of project implementation and lessons learned
• Review project execution and make suggestions to modify current processes as needed

• Clear, concise, informative, and professional in verbal and written communication

• Good meeting facilitator and mediator

Leadership
• Confident in self and others; motivational and inspirational
• At least 2 years of experience in a formal project management role
• Full understanding of the Project Management Lifecycle
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including MS Project
• PMP Certification strongly preferred
SOFTWARE TECHNICAL TRAINER
We are seeking a Technical Training Specialist to plan & develop technical training for our Clearingworks products. The Technical Training Specialist will be responsible for establishing a comprehensive training program for customers & partner technical an operational personnel. The Training Specialist supports the design and development of professional development training curricula. This position will take a leading role in piloting new training materials with the appropriate groups of learners across the company. This position contributes to developing other trainers through course design, creation, delivery of Train-the-Trainer sessions, coaching, and mentoring.

Job Functions & Responsibilities:

• Partner with subject matter experts;
• Build upon existing training materials, establish new training materials & formats;
• Personally instruct the customers & partner service teams;
• Responsible for the design and development of training curricula. Adjust type and delivery of training provided based on business needs and expertise of each audience. (e.g. making recommendations on content and/or instructional methods, facilitating meetings, providing administrative support, developing content in support of course design, etc.)
• Develop professional training courses. Review available content relevant to training objectives, identify gaps, review and evaluate relevant literature and internal or external resources, and prepare curricula, instructional methods, and materials to be used in training classes.
• Deliver training courses using a variety of methods including instructor-led, video, and web presentations.
• Contribute to developing partner and customer trainers through objective selection, delivery of Train-the-Trainer sessions, coaching, and mentoring.
