SO WE HAVE SOMEONE THAT CAME ON THE BOARD YELLED BK BK BK IS COMING THEN WENT AND ADDED DAVID WHICH IS NO LONGER WITH THE COMPANY AND EMANUEL WHICH IS TO HIS FACEBOOK..... WHAT DOES THAT TELL US?

Then all hell broke loose when there was political turmoil between an ATRN C-Suite Exec & a Kazaa C-Suite Exec (I am not releasing names of anyone.) Kazaa ended up blocking the transfer of code and destroying ATRN assets (in a bid to get a $1M payout.) Further, the $50M ATRN Interactive client ended up reneging on the deal. All the sudden, ATRN was in financial trouble and couldn't finish the development of Spyder. Yes, that's right - Spyder was never completed. Atrinsic was deliberately run in to the ground. Manipulation of the stock price was a last act of desperation.

There will be an official announcement of BK for Atrinsic Inc. The announcement is being delayed for some reason. I think we can all speculate as to why the announcement is being delayed.

Again, believe what you want and do what you will with your loot. I can tell you that myself, 3 other shareholders, and Ourlarsy all sold off today. We accounted for nearly 300K shares.
