Everyone at this price level. It's a no brainer, even if this stock goes up by just 0.0005, you will make 400% return on your investment. I don't buy penny stocks because i think they great companies or because someday they will pay me a dividend someday. I buy pennystocks, because of extraordinary volatility or huge swings.

When buying pennystocks P/E ratios etc, Are irrelevant. You care about such things if your buying the stock to hold for a very long time or for retirement.

If this stock moves up very little, the return is huge.
