Yes, but that 100M valuation estimate was based mainly on the Agency revenue stream of 40M x 2.5 or whatever estimate and multiple you wanted to use. And apparently they "wound down" that part of the business. So what is left? - we don't know.

I still can't understand how (or why) you would "wind down" a huge revenue stream of 30 - 40M. Can anybody explain how a company just walks away from that kind of revenue? I'm sure they could have restructured whatever debt might have been left out of that rev stream if they had really wanted to.
