Saddam plays the game very well. Too bad the "game was over" last week. Saddam's next move will be to put a cannister of VX in the Baghdad central plaza the day before the cruise missiles launch and tell the UN to "come and get it". That will delay the launch and he has enough canisters to do this indefinitely. Tyrants love "diplomacy".
