This stock has been anything but ho hum over the last few months. By few months I take it you mean at least three months which is the common understanding for such a term. If you meant two months you would have used the term couple.

Now on 3/14/2012 Ariad closed at $15.12. If you use the price that Ariad was trading when your remark posted namely 16.96, then the increase in value over those 3 months has been about 12%. That is an increase of 36% if it were annualized. If you go back farther than 3/14/2012 the results will be much better. Not so ho hum after all the numbers are tallied.
