1st off you know that wasn't your first quote. Second until financiing is met all audited financial documents for any company have to say statements like that for CYA purposes. The simple fact is your posts show that the company is working to get approval and you and me and everyone on this board doesn't know how far they are from getting approval. So for you to make statements like they are far from getting approval is just your opinion.
