It is not up to investors to continually ask CEO's for information over the phone or through emails (besides, CEO's at this level are notorious for giving out false information). It is the responsibility of CEO's to ensure shareholder value, and one of the means to do such is with written communication through formal channels and with corporate filings. Then we make a decision. I sold last week simply because there are too many open issues and, quite honestly, posts about bridge loans when this company was supposed to be beyond that are a red flag to me. Now, having said that, the company may be completely legit. For the sake of the longs, I do hope that is the case.
