When covering takes place, price tends to increase. ESPECIALLY if there is massive covering i.e. majority i.e. 53%+ of volume.


The only way the scenario you speak of happens, is if it is subtle covering. But FB is in downtrend from day 1 so nothing changed. Look at the chart. That minor kink cannot possibly be a trend reversal, especially on that miserable volume.
