Times 35% corp tax rate

= $35b

Say, that there is a lot of uncertainty about whether the entity will ever have earnings that the NOLS could offset.

So, maybe you could assume $10 to $12b is what they are worth?

So, 10-12%. Not an expert, so LOL!
