I think it is simpler than that - MZEI should now sell out to the highest bidder. Too think the expertise exists in the management team to create a successful operating company is a fallacy. That despite the engagement of Glen Balzer. It is too little too late. Even if we got an order for 100 units, the company could not fund manufacturing on that scale. In theory US patents are close and it is hard to see what further value could be added to a buyout price. The Science is as good as proven - there is no hint Asepticsure will not work in a real world environment and hospital tests are imminent anyway. In my view Balzer's efforts should be concentrated on a buyout sale rather than any distribution agreements. MZEI is under capitalised and under resourced from a manpower perspective and faces a very steep uphill battle to establish itself as an operating entity. I say SELL ASAP. The dithering (soft launch) has gone on long enough and the downside of failing as an operating company would destroy what value does exist at the moment.
