1 billion shares for sale ($1million worth at current price) will take at least 3 months to absorb at current daily volume (20million), providing that share price levels out at 0.001. If price keeps on dropping even by 1 tick daily, we only have 10 days to reach 0.0001. Then number of shares needed to satisfy million dollars in proceeds will multiply by 10. 10 billion shares for sale at 0.0001 will take for ever to sale. The only logical alternative would be to RS stock, so it has a bid and some value. Then continue dumping if there are any buyers. It would probably go to 0.0001 again shortly after the RS, as RS usually discourages buyers. If IPO materializes (doubt that) you will receive 1 share of efactor for every 630,000,000(lol)shares you currently hold. GLTA we are all screwed by one crooked CEO.
