I asked him if they are still planing an uplist and I asked him if the audit is still on schedule (Got the answer on the audit in another mail)

Dear Christian -- Thanks for your feedback and thoughts. Yes, the company plans to do some form of uplist in the immediate future, following the release of the audits. We will automatically qualify for the OTC-QB. However, we are also looking at the options / costs / benefits of applying to the OTC.BB. Unfortunately, it does not appear that we curently meet listing requirements for NASDAQ.

Our PPS has taken a beating recently. We believe that our various filings and news releases should reverse this dip.
