Manjit Singh Sahota, CEO & President

Manjit has been involved in the oil industry for the last 15 years. Manjit built his first oil & gas to a production level of 1200 barrels per day which then sold it for $28 MM. Manjit possesses extensive experience in under-valued asset evaluations on a global scale and assisted in the growth of multiple oil companies such as Kuwait Oil Company, Subsurface Consultants Associates and Narag Energy International. Manjit is an expert in 3D Reservoir Optimization Modeling and Development Plan Implementation. Manjit has also participated in multi-million dollar joint venture negotiations and investor energy deals.

Thomas E. Pochey, Head Geologist

Thomas's career started as a staff engineer with UNOCAL, a major international oil and gas company holding various positions in drilling, production and reservoir engineering from 1980 - 1996. In 1996 Thomas moved on to pursue interest in joining Flores & Rucks, an independent oil and gas company until May of 2000. During the time Thomas worked in the acquisition and development of central and eastern GOM properties. In May 2000 Thomas left the security of working as a staff of engineer to pursue his goals of starting an independent oil and gas company, Triangle Oil &Gas, Inc. For the last six years, Manjit has been a 20% partner in the development of this start-up company from ground floor to a recognized operator in the GOM. The company started with very little value and in May 2006 the third party reserve report value had grown to over $144 mm. Thomas is now selling his interests and moving on to pursue growing Shelf Energy, LLC into an integrated oil and gas independent.

In addition, Thomas has performed economic modeling and planning for outside joint venture opportunities, raised capital, negotiated settlements and transactions and provided testimony as an expert witness in the State of Louisiana on unitization issues. Thomas also helped start Southern Oil Systems, LLC, and an onshore Louisiana oil and gas company in January 2005 and holds a 5% working interest in this company. The company started from no holdings to a value of $8 mm in just a little over 12 months.

Sunny Singh Sahota, Vice-President

Sunny Sahota has 10 years of experience in oil and gas business. Sunny has a broad and varied background in business, both domestic and international. After having spent a decade managing nearly every facet of an international real estate company, Sunny started his own real estate developer operation in California. The company doubled in size every year for six years. After fifteen years of operation, Sunny sold the company to a firm specializing in developing real estate around the world.

Amer Sandhu, CFO

Amer exhibits a strong passion for oil & gas and provides a fresh perspective in the industry as one of the next-generation energy industrialists. Amer began his professional career by starting his own firm, AVRA Investments Corporation, with virtually zero assets and grew it to a value of $1 mm in a span of 8 months with strategic investments. Amer is also well versed with financial global markets and possesses extensive experience in securities, commodities, and real estate. Amer has also broadened his education to a global scale by attending universities in Canada, Europe and China. Amer is now committed to growing Canco Energy into a global company utilizing his vast experience and knowledge. Amer is responsible for handling investor relations, managing funds, attracting local and foreign investors, and marketing Canco Energy in multiple countries.

Monrose Sahota, Operations Director

Monrose Sahota started working with Fossil Energy in Louisiana in 2006. He has managed crew of 16 workers on a drilling rig. Monrose has worked over 60 oil and gas wells in Texas and Louisiana from 2000 ft to 12,000 ft in depth. He will be a work over expert to Canco Energy. He has Extensive knowledge of operating drill rig machinery and allied equipments. Furthermore, Monrose has the capability of working in harsh climatic and unfavorable geographic conditions and Ability to work efficiently in a geotechnical drill crew team.

Grant T Lowey, Petroleum Geologist

Grant Lowey has 21 years experience with exploitation to multi-lateral field carbonate development with 4D WAG CO2 EOR projects. In addition, Grant has International Basin experience with carbonate ramp (EOR) projects include: Middle-East -Arabian Basin, North Africa, North American; Williston Basin, Permian, Anadarko, and Western Canadian Basin. Grant's QC team experience for higher resolution potential of older coarser layered 3D modeling and Experience with 3D Petrel structural modeling with intensely faulted and fractured crestal carbonate Arabian Basin reservoirs. Grant has worked in the Middle East - Arabian Basin - Kuwait, USA - (GOM) Gulf of Mexico, Permian-, CANADA, INTERNATIONAL: Middle-East, West Africa - Nigeria, North Africa and a SENIOR GEOLOGIST: APACHE CORP

Danny Frederick, Petroleum Geologist

Danny is an accomplished geologist with over 30 years of on- and offshore experience in the oil and gas industry both as a company representative and independent consultant, Expertise in generation and evaluation of drilling opportunities in Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama and offshore Louisiana and Texas. Ability to interface effectively in both partnering opportunities as well as independently. Skilled in 3-D seismic interpretation of Landmark, Geo-Quest and SMT- Kingdom software. Solid UNIX and PC skills. Thorough, resourceful, bottom-line orientated. Danny has worked as a consulting Geologist in Lafayette Louisiana and Houston Texas. Furthermore, a Geologist on-offshore Louisiana, Exploration Geologist and Onshore Reservoir Engineer.
