I see your technicals argument on SUGO, but I also see an unaddressed issue.
Since SUGO hit "no-bid," volume on the stock has dropped precipitously compared to its former volume.
So, rather than seeing a lot of VC or other entities "loading the boat for a run," the volume (last 10 days average of 4.7 million or $470.00 per day) indicates that this stock is actually becoming less liquid than its prior history.
