Looks like Seaniemac Ltd is an irish gambling and betting company.

According to the 8k there will have to be a r/s, turn over 95% of the remaining stock and all the officers of copi will be replaced.

It appears that copi is not dead, but not much left for us when the agreement is completed on the 27th.
