No UBRG profit in Q2 or 2012, Wilma. That's the simple, and obvious, answer to your question if UBRG will make a profit in Q2.
Here's the proof:
The highest (average) sales margin reported is 0.200% in 2011
The lowest overhead cost reported is $440k in Q1, 2012
UBRG receives 49% of NDR gross profit
So, to make a $1k profit in Q2:
1. UBRG needs 49% of $900k to cover the $440k overhead costs
2. NDR needs sales of $450m to produce $900k at the 0.200% margin
That projects, annually, to:
1. UBRG profit of $4k on NDR sales of $1.8bn.
2. Profit of $72k (2% of gross margin) to be shared by Solomon Ali, Vincent Guest and Richard Craven in their personal holding company (Varlos Energy). On top of their UBRG salaries, of course.
