Iraq is not a threat.

The reasons we are going there has nothing to do with WMD.

We are going there to:

1. secure the world oil supply from religious zealotry and stabalize energy prices.
2. install a military presence in the region to clean out the Al Qaeda nests and like minded rats.
3. maintain a military and economic presence there for the next few generations to educate the masses, protect them from military coups and enhance western interests in that troubled part of the world.

That's what leadership is ... leading by example.

Not turning Benedict Arnold at the first sign of trouble and running away and hiding in the hypocracy of appeasement, capitulation and fear.
