After considering this for almost 24 hours, I think I am fairly confident in my opinion that not only is Mr. Prakash derelict in his duties and responsibilities of CEO, He is completely incapable of discerning honest and rationally written thoughts. It is apparent to me that he has completely confused negative sentiment towards him, as negative sentiment towards Tivus. I assume that in his mind they are one and the same. I assure you Mr. Prakash, they are not. I encourage you to divorce yourself from the idea that you are Tivus, and Tivus is You. Tivus is owed by the shareholders, that means all of us. You might argue that TiVUS is your idea, and certainly I acknowledge as much. Let me remind you kind sir, that many a "great Idea", did not a Millionare make, simply because that idea could not be brought to market. When Tivus was incorporated, it provided the funds to market your great invention. Your shareholders have allowed the increase in Authorized Shares to afford you the opportunity to create even more dollars to better your chances. Your shareholders have advanced you your annual salary, presumably so that you could get your personal finances in order to allow you to dedicate even more time to TiVUS Business. To date Sir, you have missed deadline after deadline, you have failed to deliver on any claims and promises, we are dealt one fiasco after another. When something is delivered, after months of waiting, we are given something that looks and appears that it was prepared by a run of the mill fourth grader, without any parental over-site, and then signed off as Gospel by you. Mr. Prakash, you don't return calls, you don't return emails, yet you cowardly, send out "open invitations" for "Spend a week with the CEO" through an NDA gagged shareholder. In 175 days you have released 4 Press Releases, and a radio interview, all of them claiming one thing or another was coming "Soon" yet ZERO has materialized (actually less than Zero since zero actually hold a place and therefore has some value). With all the claims of greatness and potential, we have heard nothing official from you in almost 45 days. Your salary broken down over 365 days equals roughly $375 a day. Can you sir, please tell us shareholders what you have done for this company since January 1st, and what you have done to earn the $61,875 we have paid you thus far as a salary? You released on Jan 18th that this company had begun generating revenue, we are no longer a developmental stage company. Have you generated $61,875 in value?
