Just for the new potential investors here who dont know much about the company:

1. They have not released a pr in months. And only one in a year or so. Company dialogue to shareholders is non existant, with only large shareholders seemingly being able to talk to management, though it hasnt done them much good. Information about the company is sparse to say the least. No one knows how business is doing because the company never lets anyone know. Of course, according to a few pumpers here, when they have called management, they claim it "sounds busy" in the background with "lots of noise" (probably management laughing at all the sheep here) so take that into consideration when making a large purchase. If you go by old adage of lots of background noise=bullish investment, than by all means jump in.

2. The company has said more than a few times that the release of financials are imminent. In fact on two occasions we have claims from david-the resident pumper-that he has received an email from management claiming that financials are due out "in a day or two". They have passed without such a release. Be careful believing the hype. David has been claiming an imminet release for months now.

3. Business may be severly affected by rising energy prices. Such prices are costing the company in shipping product, having an inflationary effect on goods and services purchased by the company, and also will have a large effect of people dining out, thus cutting into peoples discretionary income, and then of course IVFH's bottom line.

4. The stock is illiquid. You cannot hope to sell more than a few thousand shares on a normal day without tanking the stock. Next to impossible to get out of. That being said, it does seem to have an artificial floor due to some posters here buying alot at .07 or so. So opportunites do exist at .07 to exit.

5. Calling or emailing management is a hit and miss proposition. Sometimes they respond, sometimes not. If you have over a million shares, your chances of talking to management appear to increase exponentially. If you do talk to them, be wary, many promises have been unkept so far.

6. I would very much like to post somethings about how business is going, how revs are growing or falling, how expenses are, any new deals, etc. But since this publicly traded company keeps more silent than the former Soviet Union during the cold war, anything there is pure speculation, thus making it meaningless.

7. Be careful of a few pumpers here, mainly david and rob. They have been spouting the same "spin" for months now, repeating themselves to infinity. None of if is known to be fact, and all claims they have made have thus far been proven to be incorrect or have not been able to be proved or substantiated.
