for every one share of amero equals 250000 shares of $auci. :/

this was the reason for the a/s increase a while back. per dr. newman, (i can't remember the exact words) he didn't want amero to own more than 10% of the company.

imo, it seems like more expansion or JV/Mergers are to come in the near future.
