They used their own shares to make the merger happen!!! No increase in the OS or AS to make this happen.

These guys stuck their limbs out and put everything on the line for us the SHAREHOLDERS. Not a flip, not a short term but a very long very huge investment for everyone. That's what this should be. Buy and hold and buy buy buy some more until your account reads 0 my friends.

This is going to be the stock of the decade.
