Let's use a familiar face, a recent IPO flop.....
In the case of example company:Do people understand that these shares were essentially traded publicly with warrants the same way mslp trades their shares. Only difference (ooops "a" difference, before someone quotes me) is that mslp has publicly traded shares at this time. Value the warrants and you can see the pps.
This example company will retain a green pps within in the next year (after which I will keep my IMO to myself)
Point being mslp has a share price significantly higher thAn we are paying....because we are here early!
Said company (got a little greedy), but will be fine for a year minimum. They had a pps but didn't have any (truly public shares-like mslp does) to buy these shares. Well when they went public a lot of warrants got executed!!!selling!!!!!pps down!!!!!
Now do mslp retail longs see the difference?
