Elite Financial Communications Group, LLC, which refers to the Publisher, its affiliates, officers, directors, subsidiaries and agents (collectively, “the Publisher”) of this informational, has been compensated by the Company to serve as its investor relations and public relations counsel of record. Compensation terms for the 12-month period beginning October 2011 provides for a monthly retainer equal in value to $15,000 per month, payable in cash or a combination of cash and restricted shares, as elected by the Company.
