Crossroad / oldengray, when the purchases came up (buyback)...we all researched and talked about the max they could purchase based on avg volume over a certain time period(I will have to go and research again as I didn't save my own dd), but do you know if that volume stipulatin is share volume or dollar volume?

I am still learning the books....taking forever (i fell like I'm dislectic....especially because the word "may" is used so much)....but from a biz standpoiint I would use any tool available to hedge my finances. If I company didn't have cash to pay for services rendered or to be rendered; forcing company to issue warrants for said services, thus affecting pps; I would hedge this payment with the repurchase of shares (because this "tool" is available).

Thoughts???
