Umpolung - I am much more comfortable reading a chart than a number of SEC filings - that said, this all seems pretty standard stuff to me - all preparation for 'proposed' [read - if they haven't already got a deal in the works they are looking] financing - I think this is really a logical way for a small company to keep the ball rolling - for shareholders it eventually means dilution, but that could take awhile and in the short term it means capital to acquire new properties, drill new sites, and pay the staff.

Short term the pps is gonna be influenced by news on flow rates and tie-ins etc. When they begin dilute the float with an infusion of shares it will stem the rise of the pps, but that is not an immediate concern, imo.

Agree, support at the 50dma is more interesting.
