Or take an idea from Denmark. When I went to school ( BTW at that time it was 6 days a week) we all started out with either walking or running for an hour... at the same time learning that it wasn't important how fast or slow you walked/ran as long as you did the exercise for an hour.
Graduated in 69 and to this day I still exercise an hour /day ..make my carrot juice and take supplements ( yes, you guessed it MSLP )
