Bug,
IF they did, do you think they would announce it?? I think it would be hush hush before they would annouce anything like this in case another company came by to give an offer. I think it was stated somewhere that there was companies on the table that had intrest, not only this, Li3 mentioned MMTE in one of their PRs. Im sure WL has his company/s lined up.
