scovillez just think this is the closest site for sand and stone to make concrete and provide fill.


The pr in August was before the storm and the company wanted to buy cheap shares for a possible buyout.This was in the best interests of the share holders to reap more value from the buyout.I say buy and hold,if it goes down buy more.The company has contracts now.Other companies have contracts for roofs and such and it is clear this company is holding back news of sales and contracts, the fill is needed now and they are the closest site to get the material so there is know doubt they are already doing business ,just not informing the shareholders.
