$IMDS >> GE probably wants to buy them out, but it ain't happening, the CEO is a very strong woman. They needed the hedge funds to accumulate a majority though in order to proceed with a buyout plan, and they're greed has prevented them from achieving their plan now that retail is accumulating like crazy.

The company has plenty of trials done and ready to present to the FDA, and I'm sure the non-toxic funding needed will be received between now and when the notes are due.
