Jim,

Our new website is up and running. We will be sending out a new shareholder communication later this afternoon through the CEO Corner. We are taking the approach to broadly communicate to our shareholders at least quarterly, and provide updated Press Releases if something material occurs. Each time we place a communication (PR) through Marketwire, it costs the company between $375 - $1,200...so we're going to manage this communication channel closely. The new web-site provides a space for comments and input, so please take a look.
