Sure thing, I got 3 weeks of vacation on the books, why not? give me a range of dates and a proposed agenda, i will put something together if it appears feasible/worthwhile.

In the mean time, how about you relay to SP that if he is "so busy", why not let some of that dream team (that WE know nothing about) do something for the assumed salary and/or benefits that they presumably are receiving.

I am no Einstein, but I presume that even an "off the street" hired 16 year old working for minimum wage could have cut and pasted that annual report a lot better than the idiot he paid to do it. SP probably is busy, I mean I hope that he is. I would hate to believe that we are paying this guy $130+K salary to sit idle, but is he busy doing the right stuff? Is he busy getting the business in order? filing the right paper work? reading, signing, and filing the right reports? Or is he busy adding to the clutter of the current fiscal mess we are already in?

If he is "frustrated with the number of individuals on here who talk with so much negative sentiment toward Tivus", how about he look in the mirror for a reason.

-"soon" has come and gone on just about everything he has ever said.

-The crap that is delivered is extremely late and even more lacking.

Everything is late, yet he is frustrated? yeah partner we know the feeling. We are frustrated with the PR Promises, and the lack of follow thru.

If I am expected to be a good little shareholder, and hold this company in high regard, well lets just say that I have some expectations of my own. SP might have expectations on how he wants his shareholders to act, but until he communicates them directly to all of us, instead of cowardly approaching the subject thru a confidant, they fall on deaf ears. My expectation of him are, on the other hand, no more than what is clearly defined ethical and reasonable by the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If he would like to return my phone calls and e-mails then maybe we can discuss this like "big boys", but until then, what other choice do I have? Sell? That ain't happening. Mr. Prakash can perform the duties that we are paying him to do, or HE can step aside and we will find someone that will do what we expect him to do. He might think that he is in charge, but he sold away 2.1+/- Billion Shares of his right to be. I would say "Put up or Shut Up" but it certainly appears that he has already chosen the latter.
