Well, at least I have a better perspective on where investors stand in the world of Tivus. I needed this.

I think it is fair to say that ducks are not in a row right now. A week after this fiasco, the company's meeting with a CPA. I make no assumptions about this. It may be the fifth one they have interviewed in a week for all I know. There is NO chance last week's disaster will ever visit Tivus again. That is a very good thing.

Rather than complicating his life further by having anyone shadow him for a week, why would he not be further ahead to simply tell us what we would learn if someone did so? I appreciate that he is making such an offer, buts surely it would require an NDA to be signed and the shadow would then not be able to say really anything more than Jwez can say now.

If last week did not present an opportunity that should not have been lost, that is significant to me. I will remain long on Tivus. I do not like how things are handled in the area of communication one little bit, but if SP is going to remain a person who demands an extremely high level of integrity with whatever it is that IS going on, then I am good with that. I will wait to see what he eventually has to say about those financials since there is OBVIOUSLY more to that story than any of us knows right now.( If the team remains in place despite this event, that is a good sign, but I have no way to verify it.)

Last week shook me up. I won't deny it. And in the world of damage control, damage was not controlled. I don't like that.

For me, and probably for many of us here, it is likely time better spent looking for other opportunities instead of watching TIVU like a hawk every day waiting for reasonable disclosures I should never have had to wait for to begin with.

To SP and crew I say this: I trust you. I support your endeavor. My expectation is that whenever you decide you are ready to begin building that relationship with investors that you always mention is so very important that you'll be able to tell us why this information-free zone has been allowed to evolve as it has.

I will very likely buy more stock despite that state of things. You'll make it worth the wait, right? As I said, I trust you.

SPock, standing by.
