I just copied and will paste it below. I am so dissapointed in todays action. Unreal we never have any bid support. That is why they are able to keep taking us lower. This SS is so low but without buyers on the ask this will continue to happen. I really am sad seeing this. It could have gone over .20 again as you can see on the recent charts and instead a few sellers are taking out the 5K bids. I am going to check back this afternoon and hope I come back to some green. My last add was .10 yesterday.

Share Structure:
Market Value1 $2,745,339 a/o Feb 06, 2012

28m OS and 12m float is more updated from TA and CEO.

(Authorzied Shares increased to 200,000,000 for acquisitions and sensing these acquisitions will be in preferreds for a favorable s.s, w/ no immediate dilution)

www.otcmarkets.com/stock/APII/company-info

-APII has significantly reduced its debts from $2,047,674 in 2010 to only $486,604 for 2011... They have over $2,000,000 in cash and assets when you include the North East Logistics balance statements, but without the Core Wafer Systems financials...

-Currently the stock trades at .16 (a/o 02/07/12) with a share structure of having only 19 million shares in the outstanding and 9m in the float(a/o 10/27/11)... This is trading at an 80% discount rate and even higher, compared to its projected book value and revenue projections.

Projection #1,

The company issued projected 2012 $14,000,000 in revnues for their PDQ's,upgrades and new lines of product they want to introduce. Assuming NO increase to their share structure, (acqusitions exchanged for preferred shares likely the case imo)you have a share price of .70, assuming the stock trades at 1x the revenue... Many growth stocks trade at MULTIPLES to their revenues. Their's only 2 competitors in this $38b market, so the multiles can get pretty wild. The Semi conductors multiples is right around x15... So factor in .70 and multiply that by x15, what you would get is $10.50...

Projection #2

The Book Value as noted in CWS's propiertary technology exceeds $50,000,000, which could translate into the Market Cap for APII ... Take that and divide it(50M) by the (19M O/S) and what you get is $2.63 a share... Should the O/S double, then it would then be $1.32...

In closing, sharing a $38 Billion Market with having only one competitor speaks an immense amount of volume for potentiality, particularily when you have the back up and support from Blue Chip companies, essentially saying their product is better... Their finally launching an agressive campagin, and with interest exponentially growing, and having a favorable s.s to go with it, I see can see this go any where from $1.50 to $4.00 and up relatively soon...
