Extra info about IMDS!!!!
OKAY FOLKS SO HERE IT IS, MY CONVO WITH MRS GRABLE.....FIRST A LITTLE BACK GROUND....I HAD PUT IN A CALL WITH HER ON THURSDAY AND LEFT A MESSAGE WITH THERECEPTIONIST AND HER VOICE MAIL....I RECIEVED A CALL THURSDAY LATE SAYING SHE WOULD CALL ME FRIDAY...... FRIDAY I RECIEVED A CALL SAYING SHE WAS SORRY BUT SHE WAS IN A CLOSED DOORS MEETING AND WOULD CALL ME MONDAY EARLY.... SO BEING PROACTIVE I CALLED EARLY TODAY WITH NO ANSWER....CALLED AGAIN AT 9:30 SPOKE TO THE RECEPTIONIST SAYING SHE WAS IN ANOTHER MEETING, WHICH WAS CLOSED DOOR, SO I LEFT YET ANOTHER MESSAGE
TODAY AT AROUND 2 PM. I RECIEVED THE CALL FROM MRS GRABLE.... IN BETWEEN MY FIRST CALL ON THURSDAY AND ME SPEAKING WITH HER TODAY NUMEROUS INVESTORS AND BOARD MEMBERS PMED ME WITH QUESTIONS REGARDING IMDS WHICH THEY WANTED ANSWERED....MANY OF THE QUESTIONS WERE THE SAME BUT I HAD A TOTAL OF 9 QUESTIONS TO ASK AND RECIEVED 9 ANSWERS LOL
BELOW IS THE QUESTIONS WITH THE ANSWERS IN BOLD
1) CAN THE CTLM UNIT BE MADE TO APPLY IN OTHER AREAS OF THE BODY...SUCH AS THE LUNGS, HEART, BRAIN OR LYMPH NODES...
The unit itself can not be engeneered to do apply else where....HOWEVER, the patents which imds holds CAN BE USED TO APPLY ELSEWHERE throough the laser imaging and no need to use X-rays
2) HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO MAKE A CTLM UNIT/HOW GOOD IS THE PROFIT MARGIN....
She would not disclose how much it costs to make each unit, claiming it was insider information....frankly I didn't really press it...HOWEVER SHE DID SAY THAT WE HAVE A GREAT PROFIT MARGIN
3)CAN WE EXPECT TO SEE IMDS AND THE CTLM AT TRADE SHOWS THIS YEAR....
Yes the ctlm will be at three shows FOR SURE this year.... One in Miami one in Chicago and one out of the country....she told me where but I was too busy writing the first part to get the international show....sorry :(
4) MEXICO.... HAVE THE 5 UNITS BEEN SENT TO MEXICO.... HAVE THEY ALL BEEN PAID FOR...
One unit has been sent to Mexico, cleared customs and is sitting in a storage facility.....the reason for that is the hospital they are going to is not yet finished being built.... As a result the people in Mexico decided to wait for the place to be completed before having the rest sent and paying the 1.5 MILLION DOLLARS IT'S GONNA COST... The hospital is expected to be completed SOON....with regards to the money a partial payment was made for the first unit...they are waiting to get the unit into its home and have a full scale test to make sure nothing detrimental happened during the storage at which point they will pay the remainder and have the rest sent
5)SHIMADZU EXPECTATION OF SALES.....
Shimadzu will be buying its own ctlm unit to use as a showcase piece to do demonstrations on for other hospitals and medical people.... The influence shimadzu has is a brilliant business move for imds.... ALSO SHE NOTED THAT SHIMADZU CONTACTED IMDS WITH REGARDS TO DISTRIBUTING THE SYSTEM....NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND.... THEY SAW THE UNIT AT A TRADE SHOW AND CALLED A WEEK LATER SAYING THEY HAD TO BE THE DISTRIBUTOR FOR THE ASIA REGION
6) POSSIBILITIES OF A REVERSE SPLIT....
This part made me giggle....I heard an old lady tell me hell no....she is hell bent against a reverse split and does not see a need for it at the moment nor does she foresee a need down the road....she was adamant about this part
7) POSSIBILITES OF RETIRING SHARES OR A BUY BACK PROGRAM....
As of right ow the company does not have the inflow of money to have it make business sense for a buy back program....she said as the influence of shimadzu and their other distributors starts to show its muscle and they get more cash flow IT IS A POSSIBILITY
8) FDA APPLICATION...WHAT'S GOING ON WHAT'S THE DEAL LOL
The company has begun the process of filing another application for FDA approval in the USA.... The company is doing so because they are working on LONG TERM NON TOXIC FUNDING..... once the funding is secured they will submit the application.... She said e company has enough clinical trials to warrant a yes this time and she expects to be granted an approval.....she said with all the awareness for breast cancer and preventative treatment the company can foresee no logical reason why they would not be granted the okay
9) IRS LIEN AGAINST THE COMPANY
The company has a lawyer working with the IRS..... The IRS has agreed to set up a payment plan with the company on the grounds that they have LONG TERM NON TOXIC FUNDING.... Once the funding is locked in(soon) the funding company will submit a LOI to the IRS and the company will be granted the payment plan
OBVIOUSLY THERE WAS SO MORE TO THE CONVO LOL BUT THERE IS WHAT EVERYONE WANTED TO KNWO..... DO WHAT YOU WANTS BUT I KNOW WHAT I OWN AND I KNOW WHAT IM GONNA BE AFTER THIS PLAY
