Glossing over the problems with this company or putting a positive spin on it doesn't help either. There are real problems with this company, way before the charges came out. This is just another road block cwrn is facing, and probably the biggest. Again I say, if Bob steps down, that would instantly make the sp go up and would help the company's general perception. Having a CE scared a lot of investors for the past year, now having an indicted CEO on top of that, how could we ever see .01 again for instance? If Bob goes bye bye for a while (again, if he is aquitted, he can always come back), THAT is the best thing for all of us.
