Something just doest feel right,

BINGO! And it hasn't felt right for a long time. I'm not talking about what the company is doing, they seem to be headed in a good direction, but for some reason investors just avoid this stock. More people short this stock than buy it, which means more people are betting the pps will fall, and it does because of the volume of shorters vs the lack of buyers.

Even on news this goes backwards and that's just wrong. I don't know if investors are not looking at what VPER is doing and where it's heading, or they are looking at past history and seeing that VPER has a history of not accomplishing what they said they were going to do. I just don't know why it's avoided like the plague. There is a ton of upside and potential, but enough people are betting against it than the buying pressure can overcome.
