Exactly why Bob needs to step down, the sp and overall company valuation will continue to be garbage during that 'long time'. No sensible person would expect a CEO to stay on for that long in that climate and drag the company along with him just to massage his ego. If he's aquitted, he can always join the company again at that point.

Defending Bob is pointless. I'm much more concerned with my investement and the company over all then him. Isn't that where everyone else is at or am I just crazy?

Any prosecution will most likely drag on for a long time
