The filing NV received on May 3rd is the Exhibit A at the bottom of the Q1 financials. Unfortunately, it clearly states that KMAG must reserve 625 million shares out of the A/S, even if it means unceremoniously altering the S/S behind our backs. That's all done, we just don't know the current structure and I am almost positive we won't get that from the TA. However, just because it says they have to reserve those shares does not mean Jeff converted his Series A or sold anything even if he did. We have to have faith in him, but without news or new information, faith will slip. Also, if he did so happen to convert, and the buyback was miniscule, we are absolutely screwed.

I'm just praying the company is still buying back shares with Q2 revenues to supplement the reserve. If they can hold down the A/S and Jeff doesn't convert or sell, this thing will explode to .10 very soon. Best wishes to everyone!
