Yup. Look at the dates

And look at the fees.

Looks like a person who was never involved prior to these filings, has cruised in here and paid less than $600 in fees to the SEC in an attempt to reestablish this dormant, hijacked company to stardom.

If you read the documents from the list, you see disclosures stating there have never been any questions to the validity of the company or the shares. Yet you also see other disclosures cancelling the entire prior issue of shares stating they were illegally issued.

From those documents, you insist that everything is perfectly fine and it is now safe to invest here.

If you believe this, then you deserve to lose the investment here. Try to keep it small enough that you go completely down.
