It's in the Exhibit A attached at the bottom of the financial report. I believe Exhibit A is actually the 5 page filing to the State of Nevada we have been desiring to read. Unfortunately, it casts doubt on the reputability of Jeff Reid - the fact that he himself established the 25-to-1 rate for his own personal gain.

Now, the only positive thinking I can come up with is this.. let's say KMAG somehow managed to keep the A/S at 750 million or adjusted it slightly above 750, but managed to expand the O/S and secure 625 million of shares locked up per the requirements through the "buyback".. It's hard to imagine, but it is possible. It would take a ridiculously crafty manipulation campaign to pull off... but that would open up the possibility of JR not converting, a float lock up, and KMAG on the verge of a .10 explosion..

wishful thinking, but it is definitely a long shot imo
